  2. Once logged in, follow these steps:

    1.1 Specify the amount you want to send!

    Enter the amount you want to send, and we'll clearly tell you the fees upfront, the amount your recipient will receive and when the money will arrive.

    1.2 Add the person you want to send to

    Enter the information of your recipient, including their name, date of birth, email/phone number, address, country, currency and delivery method.

    1.3 Verify your identity

    As One World Connect is a regulated company we ensure your money is safe by verifying your details in the profile and security page.

    1.4 Pay your transfer

    Press the send button and choose a payment method to proceed with your payment.

  2. Once we receive your transfer, the transaction can be completed depending on the transfer type you choose:

    • eWallet - generally within minutes
    • Bank Transfer - between 1 - 2 business day
    • Cash Pick up - between 1 - 3 days depending on pick up location
  3. How can I or the recipient receive the money?
    • Receive the money directly to all major bank account such as PNB, BPI, BDO, China Bank, MetroBank and
    • others.
    • or use a cash pick up option. There are over 15,000+ cash pick up locations including Cebuana Lhuillier, M.Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop, PNB and more!
    • Recipient can also receive money via eWallet through GCash or Maya
  4. How do I verify that I'm the recipient when collecting my money?
  5. For cash pick up you would need the following:

    3.1 Valid Photo ID

    Showing their full name matching the details supplied on the transaction. It is crucial that the name on the ID is exactly the same as the recipient on the transaction. Please ensure that this is correct before sending.

    3.2 Transaction Reference

    Which you would need to share with your recipient when the cash is ready for collection at the location of your choice. The transaction reference will be emailed to you. Alternatively, you can also view this on your One World Connect account on the Activity page.

  1. Do you have discounts for new customers?
    • New customers get free transfer fee and a promotional rate upon registering.
    • Promotional Exchange Rate applies to the first 150 AUD/GBP of the transfer; meaning 150 AUD/GBP can be used for the bonus exchange rate.
    • One World Connect reserves the right to (a) limit the number of individuals per household eligible for this Promotion; and (b) disqualify transfers that, in its opinion, are intended to circumvent Promotion rules, or are deemed to be abusive. Any attempt by a customer to abuse this Promotion by using multiple/different identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void and disqualify the customer from receiving the Promotion at One World Connect’s sole discretion (acting reasonably).
      • If you are entitled to any refund, you will not be entitled to receive any amount greater than the amount you have paid to make the money transfer.
      • Your election to participate in this Promotion will render you ineligible for participation in other promotions that One World Connect may run and that you may otherwise have been eligible for. Your election to participate in this Promotion is final.
      • Cancellation or insufficient funding of your transfer will render you ineligible for this Promotion. This Promotion will not be valid for any transfer that is cancelled either by you or by One World Connect.
      • You may not participate in the Promotion where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law, statute or regulations.
      • One World Connect reserves the right to void any offer redemption that appears to be fraudulent, results from a fraudulent transaction, or is not compliant with One World Connect's [User Agreement].
